Still stuck in this World..

Okay, first of all, did you all see that pic that carly and Tyler posted of me on the beach? I seriously cannot figure out why I am not married yet... So I was thinking and I wanted to let my dearest loved ones in on my thoughts as quite the treat... so brace yourselves... To save money and budget more effectively, I am choosing to live as a bumb this next semester. My main locations will be the Orem Wal-mart, The Provo Gen-x clothing store, and of course the dear Harold B. Lee library. If anyone has anything that they can spare, it will be much appriciated and cherished. I Cheryl, am truly, "stuck in this wretched world".

Christmas with the Crazy Brocks

Hi All, I thought it would be fun to give you a little update on the Brock early Christmas gathering in VA this year. Kevin and I are here having a good time at the Holiday Inn Express in Tapphanack. I got to enjoy Kevin's driving all the way from BWI to here -- fun times. GrandPa Brock is doing well and was great telling stories tonight. Kris, Sue, Darrel, Lisa, Cindy, Kevin and I are the attendees so far. Dan is coming tomorrow. Dad and Carol are drinking the wine in good form and all are very happy tonight... Love you all!

I hereby decree that the traditional Christmas Eve Car drive will begin December, 24th 2007 @ 10:00 Pm. There will be two vehicles due to the flux in family personel this year. A family huddle/reunion/meeting/gathering/flocking/herding/general assembly will begin the 24th @ 8:00. Please feel free to make your way over to the Brock compound at this time. Should you not make it there by 10:00 pm please do not call. We will not wait. Simply excuse yourself from the family for the next four months.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi Everyone, thank you for all coming yesterday for the pre-holiday feast. The pictures weren't exactly the greatest but they will work. If I was smarter I would put the picture on...I'll ask Dad tonight to help me. Hey, I got a flu shot today. You should all get one. Carly, honestly, it did not string, pinch or anything. It felt like someone pushed their finger in my arm. Trust and Allow Carly. I love you all. Remember the Forgotten Carols on Monday, Dec 10 at 7:30 at UVSC. The Bradford Family Christmas Party is on Sunday, December 23rd. I'm not sure where or what time yet.

Dad never posted!

So Dad never posted a thing... I waited all week in anticipation for some amazing photos of dad in some kind of tasteless sweater... and it never happened. Oh well... the closer to christmas it gets the more likely he is to bust out some of those sweet sweaters at home!

I think it's time...

So for starters I'm at work. Bored. Working. I looked up the blog and as I was looking down the side of the blog I had this idea... what if we made one of those little story board posters ( like people do using candy) out of all of the blog entry titles... I thought I'd give it a whirl. Here's what I came up with . PS. Be sure to look at all the post for October as this one will be under November..

I think it's time for Christmas. Everyone should be excited. Except Kyle. Kyle is a liar. What can I say? Kyle is a liar. But then again Candace freaks out. She ruined our Halloween Fun cause she's so Wicked. She always gets the Best of Cheryl, mom and Dad. Totally destroyed our Halloween Party! She even picked on The Little Boy that can't walk. It was like something out of a Dashboard Confessional song. So Happy Halloween everyone. huff. It was so pathetic I feel as depressed as a Mission Drop Out.

I think its time...

I finally decided it was time to actually post something on the Blog. I don't really know what I'm going to say. I'm at work, but don't want to be working. The lawyer is in Hawaii and the Office Manager is in Georgia, so I can kind of get away with it. Unfortunately one of the other girls in the office got fired because she kept making mistakes (Legal documents are not the best things to consistently make mistakes) so everyone else in the office has to pick up the slack and do all the work she was supposed to. Its great... Well Its Halloween--I can't believe it! I guess we will see you all tonight. I'm excited for this soup tradition. I also get to see Emilee in a Fairy costume. Should be cute. Maybe I'll be able to convince Julie to bring her over. Then you can all see her! This is me going back to work...

the little boy that can't walk

I know a boy. A boy that I love, but unfortunately he slipped on crack and broke his back. Who brakes their back, honestly? Tyler just lays around and sleeps, not to mention he is getting skinnier by the day. What am I to do? Im a work with a ginormous apple sitting in front of me that i brought to eat, but all i keep thinking about is the rice krispie treat in my bag that will be so much more tasty. I am extremely excited for Halloween. Due to tyler's Doctor's appointment in salt lake that day we both have the whole day off and are extremely thrilled to join the Family's garage party!! Shawn and Mel, are you joining the fun? Cheryl as well? By the way family, Cheryl told All American that she couldn't work Saturdays because she makes frequent trips to Las Vegas on short notice. HAHA. Ok. well i'm off, I love my job!!

Dashboard Confessional

Last night Mel and I went to the Dashboard concert! Can I just say... amazing! We stood no more than 15 feet from the front of the crowd... with an amazing view as Chris Carrabba played solo for almost 2 and a half hours! It was absolutely drop dead amazing! And to top the whole thing off... we stop at Denny's on the way home and I ate all of my food and didn't even get sick! Truly... an amazing night.

Did I mention John Rolston the opening act for Dashboard? Incredible! We bought his CD for $5! I haven't had a chance to listen to it yet but if it's even close to his concert I'm going to have a new favorite to add to the list! Anyways...

Moral of the story: If you like Dashboard, be extremely jealous.

Mission Dropout!

So family... I know you all have been missing me immensely since this little blog thing has arisen. I want to be the one who tells you that just when you thought I could not possibly get any dumber, I have surpassed even my expectations and have become the most retarded person in the world. I just forgot to take a midterm today. I thought it went until to tomorrow and you will all be tickeled to know that today was indeed the last day. I just found that out as I was studying for it. I will die. Pray for me!

So I'm in math class. I guess this is the part where I admit to slacking off and not really participating... but man this guy has a way of making my laugh! He's so old and so awkward I'm not sure what to do! He cracks this horrible jokes but they make everyone feel so weird the tension alone makes me laugh. And then of course I'm the only one in the class laughing and I feel weirder than all get out. Life is beautiful. Here's me in class.

Hey Family

Dad and Kyle are home safe and sound from Lake Powell. Bear Lake was absolutely beautiful. Logan Canyon was unreal. The leaves were incredible. This week I am going to AZ with my sisters to visit Jana. It is going to be so fun. It has been over two years since we have gotten away. Today would have been Grandma's 73rd birthday. I still miss her everyday. I hope Cheryl is home safe from Las Vegas. Tomarrow is Dad's big day of due diligence with a potential buyer. Good luck DAD!

How goes it all? So I'm here at work. I decided to take a minute off to update the Brock Inc blog! Work's going good! I really like my team and the job is slowly getting better and better. It's taken awhile to get settled into the routine of things and get set up. Now that I'm settled in though it's been good.

My homie from the Sac Nate Tueller is having his farewell this Sunday! I'm stoked for him! He's off to the south lands of Florida! Papason is out and about and Momacita is off to Bear Lake!
